Dr. Leonard Bloom helped prepare China’s presentation to the International Olympic Committee that won the bid for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.  Bloom was consultant and special advisor to the Chinese Olympic Committee and the Chinese government for the design, construction, and operation of the venues for the 2008 Beijing Olympic games.
