Leonard Bloom rose to national prominence as the sole owner of three professional sports teams, and promoter of the biggest celebrity stars in entertainment. His achievements were fueled by his highly successful real estate activities since the age of 16.

Professional Teams
At the ripe young age of 38, Dr. Bloom became the sole owner of the San Diego Conquistadors ABA professional basketball team. Soon after that, he also became the sole owner of the Los Angeles Sharks WHA professional hockey team. He then co-founded World Team Tennis with Billie Jean King with a team in San Diego.
Entertainment & Venues
Dr. Bloom purchased two large entertainment and sports theaters, booked the top celebrity entertainers, and put together national tours, including the 1984 Michael Jackson Victory tour, through his 100% owned Marquee Entertainment Corporation.
Real Estate
Bloom owned, designed, constructed, marketed and sold over 500 properties including commercial, residential, office, medical, sports, and entertainment venues. Dr. Bloom is known for owning, planning, designing and obtaining all required zoning and permits for his 1400-acre Sports World development in San Diego, California.
